Ann Madden was born in Washington, DC, and raised in the Philadelphia area. Ann holds degrees from Lehigh University and University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. She has worked as an executive in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, for both US and European multinational companies. Ann is currently an independent consultant focused on strategy and M&A in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry and serves as a Non-Executive Chairman. She has lived in Europe for many years and has worked in France, Switzerland, and the UK. She resides in Paris and holds US and French citizenship. Ann serves as the AARO liaison for the AARO Health Plan with the administrator, MSH.
