Frank has created professional education seminars on international auditing and accounting standards (Coopers & Lybrand, Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, American University of Paris) and has developed executive training programs (financial analysis tools, interpretation of Anglo-Saxon financial statements), notably for the banking sector (BNP Paribas, Crédit du Nord).He is the incumbent AARO vice president for operations.
