Kathleen de Carbuccia is a founding member and former president of AARO, a board member of the American Aid Society and the Association of American Women in Europe. She is chair of the AARO Citizenship Committee. A lawyer admitted in France and New York, and a former diplomat, she has degrees from Wellesley College, Université Paris Dauphine, and Université Paris-Sorbonne. She is a long-term resident of Paris and has three dual-national children.
