Ross Feingold is the head of the experts group at Caerus Consulting, which provides geopolitical analysis and consulting services to help organizations navigate global markets and regulatory environments. Mr. Feingold is also a counsel at Titan Attorneys-at-Law, a boutique law firm in Taipei, and an assistant professor at Tamkang University, where he teaches American Foreign Policy. Admitted to practice law in New York State and Washington, DC, Mr. Feingold was previously an in-house counsel at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan. Mr Feingold has lived in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. Mr. Feingold was the founding chairman of The Chabad Taipei Jewish Center and previously served as the Asia chairman of Republicans Abroad. For AARO, Mr. Feingold is the consular services committee chair and leads AARO’s efforts to promote absentee voting, and he was a member of several Overseas Americans Week delegations to Washington, D.C.
