Amicus Curiae Brief Filed on Behalf of AARO

Jones Day filed an amicus curiae brief on behalf of AARO with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in United States v. Tuncay Saydam, a case challenging the constitutionality of large FBAR penalties.
