On Tuesday, May 11, 2021, the U.S. Committee on Finance, Sub-committee on IRS Oversight, held a hearing titled, “Closing the Tax Gap: Lost Revenue from Noncompliance and the Role of Offshore Tax Evasion”.
Several AARO members attended this hearing via livestream.
AARO’s banking committee chairman, Paul Atkinson, vice president, Fred Einbinder, and president, William Jordan submitted a statement for the record on May 25th to the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance for inclusion into the hearing record.
