Comment to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
Comment to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) on July 2, 2026, by AARO and other organizations in response to a request for comment by the USPS on its proposed amendments to the Domestic Mail Manual regarding the transmission of mail-in or absentee ballots for federal elections. In the comment AARO and the others stated that the proposed amendments were unlawful and that the USPS must withdraw them entirely.
